Webinars are free, 30- to 90-minute virtual events. ACE experts, campus leaders, and other voices from within and beyond higher education discuss critical questions and promising practices around a timely topic. Registrants have the opportunity to share their questions during the live event and to access the recording afterward.

Join us for our upcoming webinar “Breaking Barriers to Recruit and Retain Diverse Talent in Higher Education,” during which we will explore innovative strategies for fostering diversity within academic institutions.

The webinar will begin with a presentation on key trends, drawing from a range of ACE’s data sources, including the Race and Ethnicity in Higher Education project, the American College President Study, and the Higher Education Research Institute Faculty Survey.

Following the presentation, our expert panel will dive deeper into the discussion, providing context and sharing effective practices from the field to recruit and retain diverse talent. Topics will include navigating the complexities of implementation, identifying indicators of success, and overcoming common barriers when trying to cultivate a more inclusive environment. The panelists will also talk about the role of leadership and institutional policy in supporting faculty and staff.

This is a must-attend event for anyone committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from leaders in the field and gain practical tools to drive meaningful change at your institution.
