Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide instructor candidates an overview of the skills, traits, and expectations of certified G4S instructors. New hires interact with instructors more than any other officer staff until they report to their assigned client site for duty. How instructors welcome, respect, and train G4S new hires significantly impact the likelihood of that person, G4S and the G4S client. This course serves as a blueprint for new instructors to continually reference for practical examples of facilitator best practices.
