Description

Objective:

The course objective is to introduce the students to the theoretical and practical aspects of human resources (HR) management. Topics include: changing nature of human resource management, strategic HR management and planning, organizational/individual relations and retention, legal framework of equal employment, managing equal employment and diversity, and job analysis.
