Objective:

The course objective is for students to learn the history of bankruptcy law in America and the process and procedures of filing each type of bankruptcy

  • describe the different types of filings and their applications
  • explain the requirements and roles of the different individuals involved in the bankruptcy process
  • describe the data gathering, analysis and available counseling during a bankruptcy filing.
