Description

Objective:

To familiarize the security supervisory students with basic theories and applications of personnel and organizational management in the context of their role in the security organization; to provide an opportunity for them to assess their present supervisory skills; and to enhance them through learning and practice.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Produce an action plan that clearly charts the supervisor's present state of readiness for supervisory tasks and supervisory skill assessment instruments
  • Identify specific actions to bring deficiencies into line with the ideals present
