Description

Objective:

To assure quality and consistency in providing security functions to a myriad of facilities worldwide. This course is offered to security supervisors who provide such services to contracted sites. The objective of this course is to provide a refresher in topics that relate to the high civil liability areas as well as in topics that relate to customer service, communication, and the general duties of security leaders. The first three days of this course of instruction will cover topics common to both security officers and security supervisors. On the remaining two days, security officers and security supervisors will be given separate training topics that are specific to their respective duties.

  • Demonstrate continuance of improved performance in the areas of basic security, customer service, firearms, and other high liability areas for security supervisors
