Description

Objective:

The objective of this course is to equip new Dollar General Store Managers with the operational and leadership skills required to build, maintain, and grow a successful store.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Manage all store processes required to maintain a Customer 7 and Serving Others store.
  • Identify and execute strategies to grow store sales.
  • Use store metrics and reports to identify and address opportunities for improvement (ex., Reduce shrink and improve customer satisfaction).
