Description

Objective:

The course objective is to introduce operating system software, local area networks, application software, and the Internet. Topics include command line interface, portable computing, printers, security, back-ups and troubleshooting methodology. Students will also learn integrity, assertiveness and customer service as an IT(Information Technology) Technician.
