Objective:

The course objective is to ensure all supervisors/managers receive training and development in the essential people skills. In order to optimize and continually improve levels of employee engagement across G4S, every business unit is required to meet minimum standards. One of these minimum standards is to ensure all supervisors/first-line managers receive training and development in the essential people skills. Our First Line Supervisors and Managers are often the only interface between G4S and our employees and even sometimes our clients as well. Therefore, it is vital that we provide them with the tools and resources that they need to perform their jobs well. Therefore, we have created the G4S First Line Supervisor and Manager Certification Program.
