Objective:

The course objective is to provide an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) examinations. This course summarizes the predictive life cycles, five process groups, agile life cycles, outcomes, and tools and techniques covered in "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK® Guide).
