Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), has an intelligence training program with a mission to introduce the power of human performance through the intelligent design and implementation of development programs that maximize organizational competencies. The program was formed in 2007 and has been training military and law enforcement units of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) since its inception. The program seeks to bring together the practices and standards that establish superior human performance by harnessing industry-leading expertise with advanced theoretical frameworks of personnel development, centered on intelligence competencies. Coupling collaborative and best practice methods, SAIC seeks to redefine the concept of 21st Century knowledge and skills acquisition for practitioner empowerment.
