AT&T Network Operations and Engineering Training (NOET) is the primary provider of network technologies training for AT&T. Courses provide in-depth global telecommunications network training to improve and enhance the job performance of all AT&T Associates. NOET uses interactive multimedia training alternatives, such as, CD-ROM, Web-based applications, and Interactive Video Broadcast Network (IVBN) delivery to complement traditional classroom training.NOET's courseware ranges from basic telecommunications to equipment maintenance and customer services provisioning.NOET's Technical Consultants are the single points of contact for all training needs. They provide consulting to AT&T Associates to determine the type of training needed to successfully perform their job duties.NOET's Instructors and Developers must strive to be Subject Matter Experts in the technology that they teach. A large amount of our courseware is very technical in nature, which means that Instructors and Developers need to be constantly informed and educated on the changing technologies and the various job functions that their students will be performing. Instructors and Developers are also given additional training and development in classroom delivery skills and creative training techniques, so that they can add even more value to the student's learning experience.
