Lucent Technologies, Inc., Business Communications Systems (BCS), Global Learning Solutions provides a number of services to BCS and its customers. Core services include competency modeling, needs analysis, and training development and delivery. In addition, BCS provides change management facilitation services, performance consulting, broadcast television service, and industry-specific professional programs. Currently, these programs are offered in seven different Lucent Technologies training locations nationwide, at requested customer sites, and globally at Lucent Technologies Centers of Excellence.Educational and professional programs are developed specifically for professionals in a variety of fields. The Telecommunications Manager Certificate Program is offered to telecommunications professionals, regardless of their telecommunications supplier, seeking the legitimacy of a Certificate in Telecommunications Management. The program is co-sponsored by University College of the University of Denver. A comprehensive Capstone Project is offered as the culminating activity to this program.
