Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is dedicated to enhancing the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment through Coaching and Leadership programs.CTI is committed to training the most competent and successful coaches in the world. The Coaching curriculum is designed to integrate Co-Active coaching competencies deeply into our students being rather than in their head, so that they can be responsive in the moment to a variety of client types and needs. Once our students have completed this curriculum, they will have ingrained the skills necessary to coach with confidence in their own personal authentic style.The CTI Leadership curriculum is primarily experiential and is designed to have participants: become more powerful leaders in their lives; discover, develop, and direct their unique impact as leaders; learn to design and present powerful experiential learning; and learn to lead a life of purpose and assist others in that same endeavor.All CTI curricula share the following: low student/faculty ratio; emphasis on experiential, hands-on learning; rigorous and challenging in a fun and safe learning environment; harness the power of learning and creating with others; require full and active commitment and participation; and involve powerful paradigm shifts, often described as transformational and life changing.Since 1992, more than 35,000 coaches, consultants, managers, and new career explorers have developed coaching, leadership, and business development competencies through CTI.Two instructors and up to four assistants are present at each course. Since its inception, CTI has trained more than 200 highly qualified professionals as Co-Active Coaching and Leadership faculty members. All faculty members must meet stringent requirements in order to apply. They are rigorously trained and commonly receive outstanding reviews in student curriculum evaluations.CTI was the first training organization accredited by The International Coach Federation. CTI offers courses across the United States and in over 15 countries worldwide.
