Erin Baldwin is an associate director and senior program officer in the Education Futures Lab at the American Council on Education (ACE). Prior to joining ACE, she served as chief representative and strategic project manager at The University of Queensland’s North America liaison office. Additionally, Baldwin worked for three years on the international education team with the Australian Trade Commission at the Embassy of Australia in Washington, DC. From 2016 to 2019, she also served as a board member of Young Professionals in International Education (yPIE), a DC-based membership organization that works to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the field.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with minors in sociology and Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota as well as a master’s degree in international relations from the Brussels School of International Studies at the University of Kent in Belgium. She has lived, studied, and worked in Australia, Belgium, and Japan.
