​As director of Membership at the American Council on Education (ACE), Jennifer Adams manages a team whose primary goal is excellent member service. They strive to welcome new members, retain current members, and provide answers and guidance about ACE benefits and programs.

Adams has led the ACE membership team for over three years, having previously acted as senior director of membership at the American Alliance of Museums. Prior to moving to the association world, she held several positions at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art and Design, including membership director.

She has had an additional role in higher education as an adjunct professor, teaching the history of design, architecture and interiors. She has a BS degree from Penn State University and an MA from the Corcoran College of Art and Design.
