Sarah Zogby serves as assistant vice president of marketing and communications at the American Council on Education (ACE), where she leads the operations of the Digital Strategy and Marketing, Creative Content, and Internal Communications departments.
Zogby is responsible for the development and implementation of all ACE promotional programs and initiatives and for developing effective messaging that engages audiences and increases the visibility of ACE’s services. Additionally, she serves as ACE’s brand ambassador, reinforcing and maintaining a clear and unified visual and editorial identity for both external and internal messaging.
During her long tenure at ACE, Zogby has spearheaded strategic direction of numerous groundbreaking reports and national campaigns, including the Race and Ethnicity in Higher Education project, the American College President Study, Remember the Dreamers, and Higher Education Builds America. She also served as the chief editor of American Council on Education: Celebrating 100 Years, ACE’s centennial commemorative book.
Prior to joining ACE, Zogby spent a decade as a communications consultant and worked primarily with educational nonprofits and publishers, helping organizations to share their stories.
Zogby graduated summa cum laude from Davidson College with a bachelor’s degree in English and was awarded Phi Beta Kappa, and she received a master’s degree in integrated design from the University of Baltimore. She also holds certificates in business essentials from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School; women’s leadership and business perspectives for creative leaders, both from the Yale School of Management; and copyright from Harvard Law School, HarvardX, and The Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.
