the shared equity leadership model, learning circle members will share and grow their expertise with peers who grapple with similar uncertainties in their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. They will help one another identify and build shared values and practices necessary to navigate and achieve their respective DEI challenges and goals for transformation.
