A free virtual event co-hosted by ACE, Markle Foundation, and the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism will bring together leaders, experts, and stakeholders to discuss how higher education and training can better address the needs of workers, employers, and communities.
“Aligning Higher Education, Training and Jobs for Inclusive Capitalism” will be held June 15 from 1-3 pm EDT.
The event will feature two panel discussions and focus on ideas raised in the Coalition’s "Framework for Inclusive Capitalism: A New Compact Among Business, Government & American Workers."

The framework was developed by a commission that included ACE President Ted Mitchell, Markle CEO and President Zoë Baird, and Miami Dade College President Emeritus Eduardo Padrón. It has higher education and skills training as foundational pillars and recommends tactics for well-being and economic gains, and to reverse declining worker opportunity.
