Student mental health is a shared responsibility throughout campus, and this workshop equips college and university leaders with the knowledge and tools to make decisions and investments that support the mental health and success of students of color. The workshop highlights the mental health concerns that impact students of color as they transition into higher education, navigate and persist throughout college, and enter into the workforce. Through a racial trauma-informed leadership lens, participants will explore strategies and frameworks to guide effective and innovative equitable mental health efforts on campus.
