ACE has long worked to support the success and persistence of women in senior leadership positions at colleges and universities, including those on the path to the presidency. ACE believes in the importance of achieving gender parity and diversity in higher education leadership. ACE’s research and insights on women’s leadership aim to guide and support current and future women leaders and those positioned to promote their advancement, as more and more women enter into and thrive in the higher education leadership pipeline.
