To ensure a successful review experience, ACE Learning Evaluations provides dedicated portfolio managers to guide organizations through the following review phases:
1. Review Readiness
Prior to scheduling a review, the organization must participate in a review readiness meeting to confirm that their training programs and available documentation align with Learning Evaluations' strict academic standards. This can be conducted either virtually or at the organization’s headquarters, and it is led by ACE staff. ACE will undertake a comprehensive examination of the organization’s instructional strategies, academic record keeping, and policies and procedures.
Organizations are required to demonstrate that they continue to meet the
eligibility criteria
every three years in order to maintain participation in the program.
2. Review Scheduling and Preparation
Once readiness is approved, ACE will schedule the official review and coordinate the selection of faculty evaluators. Coordination and planning meetings with the ACE team are required during this phase.
3. Review Completion, Final Report, and Publishing
The faculty-led review can take place either virtually or onsite depending on the requirements of the experience.
Upon completion of a review, a final report is provided within 30 business days that will include any college credit recommendations as well as feedback from the faculty evaluators.
All credit recommendations are published on the ACE National Guide, an online database used by colleges and universities nationwide to offer transfer credit for prior learning experiences.
