The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed among
those leading sessions
ACE has announced new sessions and speakers for the ACE Experience 2025 (ACEx2025), the premier higher education convening scheduled
for Feb. 12-13 in Washington, DC. ACEx2025 will feature expert speakers and
timely sessions offering comprehensive insights to help leaders navigate the
most pressing topics facing higher education.
Inside Higher Ed (IHE) and The Chronicle of Higher
Education (the Chronicle) will each lead sessions addressing critical
issues facing college presidents. IHE editor-in-chief Sara Custer will reveal
the findings from IHE’s 15th annual “What Keeps Presidents Up at Night?”
survey, highlighting leaders’ concerns across a range of higher education
topics. In a session titled "What is College for?” The Chronicle’s Jack
Stripling will lead a panel of experts exploring how colleges can better serve
today’s students, who seek an education that’s both meaningful and marketable.
ACE has also unveiled an initial lineup of
speakers, including Deborah Archer, president of the American Civil
Liberties Union, Ben Vinson III, president of Howard University, and a range of
other thought leaders, advocates, and experts who will share fresh perspectives
and practical insights about the biggest challenges in higher education.
Additional speakers and sessions will be announced leading
up to the convening.
