ACE will host member presidents for its inaugural Capitol
Hill advocacy day on Feb. 11 to kickstart the ACE Experience 2025 (ACEx2025), empowering members to engage with
policymakers, share insights, and drive impactful change.
ACE
on the Hill 2025 will bring together ACE member presidents and chancellors
from across the country to engage directly with policymakers, advocate for the
future of higher education, and gain insights into higher education policy at
the start of the new Congress and the Trump administration.
The morning will feature remarks from ACE President Ted
Mitchell and ACE’s government relations staff, as well as panel discussions
with congressional staff and remarks from members of Congress. Following a
working lunch, attendees will spread out across Capitol Hill to hold meetings
with their congressional delegations. The day will conclude with the ACEx2025 Welcome
Reception.
ACE on the Hill attendees will bring the energy from their
day of advocacy to ACEx2025, to
be held Feb. 12-13 in DC. Designed for presidents and chancellors, ACEx2025
will be a transformative gathering that will integrate visionary leadership
discussions, strategic advocacy efforts, and programming on critical national
and international issues impacting higher education.
